Tests of how easy a site is to use often ignore the skill of the people who are performing the
test itself. But user skill is a crucial factor, particularly in tests of
accessibility, where the technology used to read websites can be highly complex.
Failure to take skill into account may result in an inaccurate assessment of site
accessibility.
